Sarah Jorgensen is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner providing comprehensive primary care at Quazaar Demo Services in Rapid City, SD. With a doctorate in nursing practice and an empathetic, patient-centered approach, Sarah specializes in routine preventative care, women’s health, and adolescent-to-adult wellness. She partners closely with Dr. Charles Morgan and Quazaar’s diagnostic imaging team to deliver proactive care plans that empower patients to take control of their long-term health through shared decision-making and practical lifestyle habits.
