Dr. Marcus Vance is a dual-degree oral and maxillofacial surgeon heading the surgical team at Quazaar Demo Services in Rapid City, SD. With specialized training in both dentistry and medicine, Dr. Vance brings exceptional expertise to complex cases involving facial trauma, corrective jaw surgery, and advanced implantology. He works in seamless coordination with our general dentistry and diagnostic imaging departments, utilizing advanced 3D CBCT scanning to ensure surgical precision and optimal patient outcomes. Known for his calming presence, Dr. Vance is dedicated to making surgical procedures as stress-free and painless as possible through safe, tailored sedation protocols.
